which one tends to impact to our students. On this basis, one of the characteristics
of effective management in Nigerian schools is quality leadership development
involving democratic values. Quality education is bedeviling in the country due
to lack of quality leadership development and improvement, and since education
is a basic instrument for social and overall development. The need to redeem the
crisis in our educational system therefore, is through quality education and
quality leadership by ensuring discipline, supply of infrastructures, ensuring
that students behave well and adequate use of human resources management or
manpower planning.
