Our Waiver Policy

Our journal publishes papers to encourage and strengthen the global research network and promote research communication based on the understanding of economy of nation-states. We want to state emphatically that the publication of an article in our Journals is neither conditional upon the author's ability to pay the charges nor acceptance to pay the handling fee guarantee that the paper will be accepted for publication.

However, the author’s ability to contribute to the world of knowledge is an important consideration. We have experienced that our handling charges are not unreasonable. We have found it necessary to grant a 35% concession to authors from low-income countries and a 30% to authors from lower middle-income countries. It encourages the demonstrable advancement of knowledge without being constrained by economic disability. The World Bank has classified Low Income Countries (LICs) and Lower Middle Income Countries (LMICs). Waiver requests must be made on the same day of the submission of the corrected version of an article to the journal.

On application for waiver, the corresponding author must demonstrate the conditions for which waiver must be granted. The application must indicate the title of the article to which waiver would be granted, the co-author(s), affiliation, and country. The Journal Editor reserves the right to reject the application for a waiver where the corresponding author cannot demonstrate convincingly why a waiver should be approved. The decision on the waiver will be made known to the corresponding author within two weeks of receipt of the application.
