Abstract

This is a literature review on organisational culture, which aim was to examine the definition of the concept of organisation's culture, its typology and tools for its measurement. Organisation's culture is the main
determinant to many aspects of organisation's life such as organisation success, attractiveness, innovation, safety, leadership, productivity, performance and effectiveness, strategy, quality management, human
